We have brought in a significant change to our curriculum, based on learnings from the last 8 months.
Completing Speech Mastery Level 1 (5 speeches), Mastering Team Work (Meeting roles) and Leadership Mastery Level 1 (Meeting Organizing roles) are mandatory for all members before they proceed to Level 2.
Why: We want our members to gain practical experience of collaborating with a team and influencing the team members through their communication skills. Our members can achieve this by playing the meeting roles (MC, JAM Talks Master etc.,) and the meeting organizing roles (Meeting Organizer, Promotions Manager and Recognitions Manager). By performing these roles, members gain communication & leadership skills to collaborate and lead small teams at workplace.
To support this change in curriculum, Speech Mastery Level 1, Mastering Team Work & Leadership Mastery Level 1 are integrated into a single manual. The integrated manual will help members to refer to a single manual (vs. three manuals) and keep a record of ALL of their roles in one place.

Can I still use the 3 old manuals or should I use the new integrated manual?
Ans: You can continue to use the 3 old manuals, if you have already started taking notes or received feedback in the old manuals. Otherwise, you can switch to the new integrated manual.
I have completed 5 speeches from Speech Mastery Level 1 manual. Can I now apply for the Speech Mastery Level 1 certification?
Ans: Even before this curriculum revision, Mastering Team Work (meeting roles) module was a mandatory module for Speech Mastery Level 1 certification. However, with the new changes, you'll have to complete the Leadership Mastery Level 1 module (meeting organizing roles) and apply for both the Speech Mastery Level 1 and Leadership Mastery Level 1 certification in one-go.
