This toolkit was prepared for budding Peer-Reviewers to get their feet wet by reviewing Speech Mastery Beginner Level 1 Projects.
Consider this as equivalent of the side-wheels when you learn to bicycle or the lifebuoy when you learn to swim for the first time.
When you select the right options, you would get a script that you can simply read-out during peer-reviews (However, use your judgement once before you finalise the points to share with the audience). This form does not use AI - it is crafted using simple "rules". So, you may find that the tool produces the same feedback when you select the 'same' set of options.
How to use this tool?
- Understand the Project Objectives - If you can read out the entire Project Description once, that's much better
- Listen carefully to the speech / speaker
- Make note of important points shared by the speaker
- Note down the strengths of the speaker / speech and the areas of. improvement
- Use the tool to carefully select the right options to craft your feedback
- Take a fair-copy of the script recommended by the tool - make adjustments / updates, if any
- To the extent possible quote some references from the speech (Optional, if you are trying to do it the first time)
- Summarise / Conclude by highlighting the strengths of the speaker.
